Terms of service
These terms apply when you buy from Smeed (smeed.com.au), 422 Burwood Rd, Belmore NSW 2192. Smeed is run by a sole trader, ABN 37 137 402 624.
- Orders. Your order is confirmed once payment goes through. For pickup, choose a date from the date picker at checkout. Favours, bomboniere, Meghli and events need 4 days' notice.
- Prices. All prices are in Australian dollars. Postage and delivery are added at checkout.
- Products. We make everything by hand, so each ma'amoul looks a little different. Photos are a guide. Flavours can change with the season and what's available, so sometimes one or two might be swapped in mixed boxes.
- Allergens. Every product contains wheat and dairy. All fillings contain nuts except Date. Everything is made in a kitchen that handles nuts, so nothing we sell is nut-free. Please check before you order if you have allergies.
- Delivery. See our Shipping Policy. We're not responsible for an incorrect address entered at checkout.
- Refunds. See our Refund Policy.
- Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
- Privacy. We only use your details to fill your order and contact you about it.
- Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our site when you order is the one that applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
