Shipping policy
Where we post
We post Australia-wide with Australia Post Express. Most orders arrive in 1–2 business days after we send them. We don't ship overseas.
When we post
We post on Monday and Tuesday, and Wednesday at the latest. We don't post Thursday to Sunday, so your parcel isn't stuck at the post office over the weekend. Orders placed later in the week go out the next Monday.
Postage costs
- Orders under $60: $20
- Orders $60 to $109.99: $25
- Orders $110 and over: $35
Wrapping
Posted ma'amoul always come individually wrapped. Gourmet flavours, like those in Ktir Wow, come without their toppings when wrapped.
Sydney delivery from Belmore
- Within 5 km: $10
- 5–10 km: $15
- 10–25 km (out to around Parramatta, Merrylands and Granville): $25
Further than 25 km? Choose postage or pickup instead.
Order before 11am and we'll deliver the next day. We don't have set delivery times. If we need to, we'll get in touch using the contact details you give at checkout.
Free pickup
Pick up for free from our shop at 422 Burwood Rd, Belmore NSW 2192, during opening hours:
- Monday: closed
- Tuesday: 10am–3pm
- Wednesday: 10am–4pm
- Thursday to Saturday: 10am–6pm
- Sunday: 10am–4pm
Pickup and Sydney delivery orders come unwrapped unless you choose Wrapped.
Pickup or Sydney delivery only
These can't be posted: Meghli, favours and bomboniere, the Heart Ma'amoul Box, and the Ahla Mama Club Gift Set.
Once it's posted
When your order leaves us, you'll get a tracking number. From then on, delays, heat or damage are handled by Australia Post, so please contact them with your tracking number. Heat can soften chocolate or icing on the way, and we can't control that. Please make sure someone can bring the parcel inside soon after it arrives.
